Our accessories are also made with sustainable materials to protect both you and the environment. We take pride in creating long-lasting scents that you will love, and we value your feedback to help us improve our products and services. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, please kindly send us an email at support@gladyschristiaanfragrances.com. Unfortunately to protect the integrity of our liquid fragrance products, we do not accept return or refunds on any liquid fragrance products. All other products like candles, wax melts, and accessories can be returned in their original packaging unopened. Please follow our standard returns policy. For items purchased from other retailers, please refer to their return policy.

Please note that our allowable refunds are only on returned items purchased through our Online Store within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on non-returnable/non-refundable items on any of our liquid fragrances and gift cards. To initiate the Returns process, please contact us through the Contact Form on our website with an explanation as to why you are dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to return it. You must also provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
